Tenth to Tweth floor are proposed with multi purpose hall, indoor game area, coffee shop, gym, swimming pool & 2 & 3 BHK Residential Apartments. Thirteenth to Twenty Ninth floors are typical Residential apartments. Upper floors are proposed as Penthouse, and the top most thirty third floor is a proposed Restaurant. There are 164 residential units proposed, out of which 101 units are 3 BHK & 60 units are 2 BHK apartments.
