A state of the art mixed use high rise building called World Trade Centre is proposed at GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. The proposed building will be an iconic building of the campus, on a site of 36836 Sq.Mt.

The MEP Design of this building follows IGBC standards and it is highly energy efficient. The proposed building is designed with 2 Basements, Block A - G+6 floors as retail and office spaces, Building Tower B – G+28 Floors – High Rise Commercial Office Building, Block C – G+17 Floors – Retail and Service apartments, and Block D – G+6 Floors as retail and offices.

The challenging and variable residential, office and public funtions’ engineering requirements were carefully designed by INI Engineering (Formerly Sheth Techno Consultants Pvt. Ltd.)
