- The firm started off with just three Technocrats joining hands to work together in August 1990 as M/s. Sheth Consultants, providing Consultancy in the Electrical Domain
- Registered as Private Limited Firm and renamed as Sheth Techno Consultants Pvt. Ltd. In November 1997 under Registration of Companies Act (ROC).
- Through strong work ethics and strict adherence to high quality standards, the company soon built up a reputation for excellence as well as an impressive client base.
- STCPL became synonymous with Quality, Technical Excellence and Perfection having 70 personnel, broadening the scope of our services to encompass MEPF & IBMS.
- From a Single Domain of Electrical Consulting Services, STCPL emerged as a dominant player in providing Mechanical & HVAC, Electrical & Extra Low Voltage Systems, Plumbing & Utility, Fire Fighting, IBMS, and Energy Management Consulting Services under one roof.
- Merged with INI Design Studio Pvt. Ltd. in 2015 to facilitate integrated design and built solutions for our clients under one brand name
- Renamed as INI Engineering & Infrastructure Services in 2016

INI Infrastructure & Engineering has a legacy of 27 years of dedicated work and noted projects in more than 50 project locations across the globe. We offer multiple services including Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing (MEP), fire protection, infrastructure design, IBMS, sustainable design, and lighting design through a dedicated and proficient team working from five office locations in India and abroad.
